Year 6 update

This page is updated every two weeks - W/C 25th June 2026

Message from the teachers

Dear Parents/Carers,

We hope you have all been well and making the most of the sunshine. Let’s hope it stays, just not quite so hot!

Our production is coming along brilliantly. The children are working very hard and we are incredibly proud of them. Please could you support us by encouraging your child to continue learning their lines and ensuring costumes are brought into school.

Next Wednesday, many Merton secondary schools will be holding their transition day. Your child’s new school will send you the relevant details. If your child does not have their transition day on Wednesday, please send them to school as normal.

Next Friday, we will be welcoming TfL in to deliver a workshop on using public transport safely, helping prepare the children for their transition to secondary school.
